The location offers quick access to major roads. The room itself is decently sized with modern amenities, although it could use an update in certain areas.

Noise from the nearby freeway and trains is relentless-easy to hear upon arrival. Guests should consider earplugs, which are available for free, as the air conditioner may not cover all the racket effectively. The bathroom needs some attention-mold was present in the shower, a bit off-putting. The breakfast selection also leaves much to be desired. It's basic, and not what you'd expect for a hotel stay.

The stay was decent, especially for the price. The lobby was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, getting me a ground floor room due to my limited mobility. The room lighting could have been better, and the furnishings seemed a bit worn. A good option if you're looking for affordability and a welcoming environment.

Such wonderful stay, as always. Cool great budget place with peaceful location close to Modesto and a train line and a major interchange. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Efficient staff and quick to respond.

It was located within a short distance to restaurants and shopping and was located right off the highway. They allow pets which was the main reason for chosing this site. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the facility and the size of the room. Having a free breakfast was a plus.

As others have commented, the train was literally right outside our door! It was not quiet - they even have a bowl of ear plugs at the desk to help "lessen" the sound. That was the biggest issue we had - but we knew that was the situation with this location. We stayed here because of the pet policy.

The shower was fantastic! Really refreshing. I wasn't too happy about the noise from the train nearby. It was an okay stay.

The train went by several times in the middle of the night and blew it's horn and woke us up.

Room had comfy beds and a mini fridge. The breakfast options were a bit limited. Nice outdoor pool for the kids.

Lady at the desk was very friendly. There are nice malls and restaurants closeby on the other side of the freeway.

Not very clean room, old and 'rusty'. There is noise from the freeway and railroad but you can get free earplugs at the front desk so that's ok. Breakfast was very poor.

The noise of the cleaning crew and their carts were loud enough to awaken us too early on a Sunday morning.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with a hot drink in the cold. Highly recommend for a cozy escape!
